What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is a powerful healing practice that uses conscious, connected breathing to release emotions and patterns stored in your body. It's not just deep breathing—it's a transformative tool that helps you access your body's natural wisdom and healing capacity.
Through guided breathing patterns, you'll move through stuck emotions, gain clarity, and reconnect with your authentic self. The breath has been with you since birth, but most of us have never learned how powerful it truly is.

What to Expect in Your Session:
Before we begin, I'll create a safe, comfortable virtual space and walk you through exactly what to expect. You'll complete a brief health questionnaire to ensure breathwork is right for you.
During the session, I'll guide you through specific breathing patterns while holding space for whatever arises. You might experience emotions, physical sensations, memories, or insights—everything is welcome and held with compassion.
After the session, I'll provide integration support and self-care guidance to help you process your experience.
About Your Facilitator:
I'm currently completing my certification through Pause Breathwork, founded by Samantha Skelly. Pause Breathwork is one of the largest breathwork training organizations worldwide, with facilitators in 27 countries.
As a facilitator-in-training, I'm required to complete 60 practicum hours of guided breathwork sessions as part of my extensive training. This means you'll receive professional, guided sessions at a reduced investment while I complete my certification requirements.
I bring 30 years of creating sacred, transformative experiences to this work, along with my own deep personal healing journey through breathwork.
Is Breathwork Safe?
Breathwork is a powerful practice that should be approached with respect. It's not recommended if you:
- Are pregnant
- Have certain heart conditions
- Have severe mental health conditions (please consult your doctor)
- Have uncontrolled high blood pressure
- Have a history of seizures

Investment:
As a facilitator-in-training, I offer free sessions while completing my certification hours. Your session and feedback contributes to my training while providing you with powerful, professional breathwork facilitation.
